OSHO See As If for the First Time

This 6-week course is an invitation to look at the world with fresh new eyes.

Using six carefully chosen methods from the OSHO Book of Secrets, you will move from a filtered way of seeing to seeing the world in wonder like a child.

Child and butterflies seeing the world as new

Modern life trains us to look without truly seeing. Hours on screens, city environments, fast moving images and the relentless pace of daily life pull at our vision. This drains our energy and dulls our connection to the world around us. In OSHO See as if the First Time, each week you work with a looking method from the OSHO Book of Secrets, where the act of seeing becomes a doorway into awareness and inner presence.

Starting on 16 August through to 20 September, each week we will:

  • Stare without blinking so we can encounter our inner stillness for a moment.
  • Close of all exterior sensory input and allow the outward energy to go inside.
  • Still the movement of the eyes so we can grow our reservoir of inner energy.
  • Using an everyday object, we will open our hearts, and see it as if for the first time.
  • Develop the ability to see both inside and outside using a double awareness of the inner and outer at the same time.
  • See beyond the limits of perception of what is in front of us and what is unseen so we can encounter existence as a whole.

This course is hosted on OSHO International Online, where you can find full course details, how to enrol, and explore the complete range of courses they offer.
