Osho is a mystic, a cosmic joker who brought us OSHO Active Meditations. These meditations are designed for the modern man and woman. Osho understood that we struggle to sit in silence as the busyness of our lives today makes it harder to be silent and still. He created them in such a way that we do an activity first before falling into silence.
With this in mind, Osho scientifically developed the OSHO Active meditations. The most well-known and impactful of these is the OSHO Dynamic Meditation, followed by the sister meditation, OSHO Kundalini Meditation. He created many more that you can access complete with instructions and links to the music.
Towards the end of his life, he created the Osho Evening Meeting, which for me is the diamond of all his meditations. We come together in dance, celebration, and silence. He reminds us to carry the Buddha within us 24 hours a day, every day.
