tracted, or on autopilot.

Whether it’s washing dishes, studying, caring for others, working in the office or outdoors, we often carry ideas about what “real work” should look like. These ideas can shape how we show up, sometimes leaving us feeling tense, pressured, disconnected, or dependent on approval from others.
In this course, we’ll look at these patterns and explore how a small shift inside can make daily life feel more grounded and easeful.
